Is your LG unlocked and a GSM phone ?
    I don't recall a 2 or 3 digit #.
Also I don't know what card is what no. until I set mine up.

Yes all LG K8 are unlocked. I have 3 other devices with FP sims and APN that didn't ask for either

Yes it's factory unlocked and the only one of 4 devices to ask for them

I've got both ios, os and Fp phones. Since they are unlocked, maybe the default is 0s.
Is this MCC in the APN page?

Yes, they're both under the apn settings. And the device is factory unlocked LG K8 running android 6.0. I have 2 lte sims already working in android phones and 1 working in an IOS. For some reason this one keeps asking for the 3 digit MCC and 2-3 digit MCN. I've researched and can't find anything.

So it's a apple not lg, that is asking for a code ?
    Try 00 or 000.

    Again, try 00 or 000 or 0000.
I was looking in apple for mcc.
But if you're sure its the phone and not the sim, swap the sim into the other droid and that sim into the lg, check to make sure they show the correct #.

I was able to fix it by inserting an AT&T SIM card, programming the apn, and then reinserting the freedompop sim.
