Can A Man Get A Break! I Must Be In Purgatory. Is There Really No Way To Downgrade Premium Plus?
I am unable to downgrade my trial Premium Plus service. I have tried through Account>Services. There simply is no option to do it. I have contacted Tech Support. They will not open a support ticket because I guess I'm identified as a free user and therefore do not qualify for a response. This is now false because I am actually being charged for premium services. I have tried all support phone numbers. They are all automated and refer you back to either the app or online account where again there is no option for downgrading. My head is spinning. Is there anybody out there?
