Need to remove old 3G-only device

Hi,
Is there an admin that could help me remove an old device that is now 3G only (due to Sprint going to LTE for 4G)?

My account has 2 devices - a new Netgear Fuse (which I want to keep) and an old Freedom Spot Overdrive Pro (which I want to remove).

Could an admin please remove the old Freedom Spot Overdrive Pro for me?
