Global SIM not working in Google Pixel XL (BYOD)

I have a Google Pixel XL. While I do have "bars" on my phone, data does not work. Also the voice and messaging app won't install (same with my Moto 360 Pure, but at least data worked on it).

I don't know how to contact support. If anyone can help or get me a way to contact them, I would appreciate it. I can easily buy another device and get charged for it, but the same ease is not available for support.

    As far as getting data on the phone, I solved that...basically you have to add an APN to any phone you put the SIM in...in other words, it's not plug and play.

    As far as getting the app installed, still no luck. I don't see anything in those tutorials that can help. I have the diagnostic app installed, but I still can't get the Messaging and Voice app installed.

    The pixels are very new, but any droid or apple should set up.
    You are installing the app that looks like a cartoon bubble ?

    Is your pixel a unlocked gsm phone ?
    Check the Fp help page and look in the byod set up, where you can check your meid, to see if the phone is compatible with Fp.
