Data doesn't work, App using incorrect SIM

In my confusion, I ordered 2 Sprint compatible LTE SIM cards, incorrectly.

I finally realized that to work with my unlocked AT&T iPhone 6 Plus, I needed the Global SIM, and so I ordered one.

I've put that SIM into my unlocked iPhone, it gets a Freedompop 3G signal. The voip/messaging app works over WiFi, I've loaded the APN settings to set freedompop.foggmobile.com, but data is non-existent.

I sent a test message and see that it was discounted off of one of my LTE SIM accounts, rather than my Global SIM account, so now I'm completely confused, or something is. Help!
