My 'myfreedompop' app on my phone, says I have 'premium voice' activated, which is funny because I never signed up for it.

In my account on the website (via laptop) It says "You have not signed up for any services yet. "

So which is it?

I have opened a ticket up asking whether I am being charged for this and have not yet had an answer, rather I have been fobbed off twice with nonsense about updating my app (which I have done and made no difference whatsoever).

I will post the transcript here If I dont get an answer.

To be clear I did not sign up for this service and do not want it either.
