GSM Global vs GSM 4G LTE for Calls Inside US

Right now I have the Global GSM SIM in an iphone 5c. It worked ok for our trip to Spain, and I can make calls here in the US. But the voice quality is not great.

My question is.... if I switch to the GSM 4G LTE sim card will I get better quality voice calls?

@njfulwider5 / @JJFreedom Your input would be very much appreciated.

Thanks!

I just returned from the EU and the GSM 4G LTE sim cards didn't work at all there, nada.

I'm assuming yours is working in the US, is that right?
If so, how is the voice quality?

Only the Global sim would work in the EU. Mine did.

I have all 3 FreedomPop configurations, 2 are for testing. LTE, GSM, and Sprint. In my area near Atlanta, LTE is via AT&T (always) and my GSM Sim connects to T-Mobile. I think LTE sounds best.

I should let you know my LTE Moto G4 Play phone is much nicer than the Unnecto Air 5.0 I use for GSM testing.
