Unable to Activate Device

Hello, I have an HTC EVO 4G LTE device. I had recently deactivate my device, but I decided to reactivate it. However, I am still unable to activate my device after going through the BYOD portal.

    Hi, I cannot activate my device. I went on the website and followed the instructions and it is not activating. It acts like it's trying to but then it activates over and over and never seems to update.
