Messaging app doesn't start and "Your account has been suspended!" on My FP app.

I have two FP LTE SIM cards on my account. One of them starts showing "Your account has been suspended!" on the My FreedomPop app (on Android Phone) and the messaging app no longer starts. (Instead, it goes into a infinite loop at the start.)

I don't see any error code or reason for the suspended account. I used almost no data this month and my account has $5 credit. I have no idea. Please help.

    Whatever it was, it must be temporary issue. After a day, my account got back to normal. All seems working fine now.
