BYOD Activation Failed

Hi All,

I'm a new customer I'm already having a problem activating the phone. I have an unlocked Iphone SE . I recently purchased a plan last night. I tried doing the ##CLEAR# and ##UPDATE# but it kept saying service update failed. I even tried resetting my phone and it still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated.
