Can not access Administration Page following change in MiFi 5580 IP address

For reasons too lengthy to explain, I changed my device IP address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.0.1. It functions, but now I can no longer access my Admin Page. I don't want to do a factory reset just to check trivial information. Is there a workaround ? I have tried putting the 191.168.0.1 in the address bar of my browser with no luck. Same with my.wifi.com.
