Activation Failed

Hi I have registered the BYOD but activation failed. The system didn't ask me to enter the ICCID during the registration process.
I would like to add the following ICCID to my account

Account Email: [email protected]
Phone: 856 300 2098
ICCID: 89011201000256855113
