Can no longer make or receive calls
I signed up earlier this year with my own BYOD Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch. It was working perfectly, then I downgraded from the Premium Voice plan to the basic plan, but can no longer get any calls to go out or come in. When I call my number from another phone, I get a notification that a call was missed. Texts work, and so does 3G Data. I've updated the PRL and Profile, and it did so with no problems. Any idea what it could be?
