Messaging App Device Ready For Activation Global Sim

Hello,
Longtime freedompop user here. I have a global sim that I have had for a while. I used it for the first time today. But the messaging app keeps asking to activate. It gives an error that email already in use when I input it for the activation step. I can login to the account but it says the billing period will begin when device ships. I have had this sim for quite a while, I just have not used it yet. Please help me.

    I have seen in some of the Admin's posts to use your phone number instead of your email address in this case.
