My billing cycle should begin this morning. I actually have plenty of data left over from last month, and FreedomPop knows it, but supends my account for absolutely no reason. I''m posting so others can see that this issue is not a rare occurrence. I've sent details to FreedomPop via twitter. Oh, and thanks for making submitting a ticket a "premium" feature!
