iPhone 5 Activation Help

Hey,

I have an iPhone 5 that I set up yesterday with an agent on the phone. The activation never went through to the phone, and no one seems to have an answer for me when I've called. I was told that the new ICCID card that I got from the Apple store this week wasn't good, so I went and got a new one last night and called the new number in today. Still nothing...

I've restored the phone, reset network settings, and called the sprint update number.

Please let me know what I can do. I was really hoping to have the phone working for the weekend.
