Order Stuck on processing

Hello i ordered a Mobile Hotspot,
And there is a weird error on the dashboard on the "Switch View"
It Says under both my phone and this Mobile Hotspot "Kyocera Smartphone"
Also It is stuck under processing on my order.
Please help with these issues

    Seems FP is having logistic issues. I ordered a couple of new LTE SIM cards. They have been "stuck" in the prepping or kitting stage for over a week and I have already recieved them! I can't use them because the system says they will be activated when shipped. And if I try to activate I'm told they are already activated.
