Auto Top Off Refund

I was just charged $15 because of the Auto Top Off feature. I would like to have that refunded as soon as possible. I never use that much cellular data and it was very much an accident that I used this much now. Thank you.

    I have provided a link below informing you why you were charged $15, I noticed that you have now disabled your top ups but would suggest leaving the credit there in case you were to go over your allotted data.
