Status Code = 201 and can't submit ticket. Please help

I tried to follow help https://support.freedompop.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3242/kw/status 201, but says I need to submit ticket, and free accounts aren't allowed to. So what am I supposed to do??

Setup phone number xxx on the web by pc under my account xxx with ESN xxx.

On the phone, I get Status Code = 201: Your freedompop service is inactive.

On the pc, when I login and go to switch devices and select the correct phone, I get an Order xxx Status screen, but this is BYOD. When I go to edit devices, it doesn't show me any phone number, plan, or anything on my freedompop account dashboard and I can't add plan, get error website loading when going into selecting international plan.

Please help me set this phone up. Thanks!

    Hello, I am having the exact same problem. Tried submitting a ticket, but still says I cannot since it's a free account, but I still have yet to get it up and running.

    Options for contacting those with access to your account are here (admins, not me) and the FreedomPop pages in Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Send the "pages" a message is always an option. Hope this helps.

    @A Knoff Well, you can't create PMs until you have more than one star after your name. Admins would need to notice your post and may then contact you via PM. You can, however, message the freedompop pages I mentioned.
