hi,
i have automatic top-up disabled, yet i was charged a credit refill on May 15. As I understand it, with the top-up disabled, service would be suspended for the current cycle and I would not be charged. Correct me if the TOS have changed concerning this issue.

    Services suspend without TopUp but keep in mind there is still a three hour delay in data usage report. For accounts that have TopUp disabled, a $1.99 charge is triggered rather than the usual $15 for Topup when you reach within 100 MB or exceed your allocated data. The overage during your last period, was of 14 MB. There is still $1.64 credit on the account.
