Data/service not working on new SIM

Hello, hoping someone can assist.

I have purchased two FP-provided phones so far and they work well. I decided to try their LTE SIM. (I'm in the US)

I have here an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S3 (model GT-I9300). Worked okay with my Tmobile SIM card. When I put in the new FP SIM, it does not work when I am on data only. (That is, when I turn off wifi.)

I've enabled cellular data, and I've configured the APN. I installed the FP messaging app and synced account data (over wifi). Still doesn't work when wifi is off.

Any ideas? Thanks very much.

    One more step. You have to turn on data roaming.
