freedompop will not port out my number to total wireless

I have talked to multiple people at FP and have had 2 conference calls between myself, FP and total wireless and all information is correct. TW has sent multiple emails to port out number and FP just replies that the zip code is incorrect.
This has been going on for over 2 weeks. It is very frustrating! I have asked to speak to a manager and am told there aren't any. It is also impossible to email anyone. I bought my number from FP and it is a huge hassle to change to a new number again. Just need someone competent enough to release my number. Anybody please
