Help topping up

Hi,
My monthly plan expired a day or two ago but I didn't have any money in my account so I turned off auto top up so I didn't get a bank charge but when I now sign into my account it says my next payment isn't due for 1 month and it won't let me top up. I've tried contacting support but it asks me to login again and then won't accept my details so when I click on forgot password and click into the link in my e-mail it says advert blocked. Can anyone help as I need internet for work purposes and I have to have a project finished ready to take to work tomorrow otherwise I could loose my job.
