I was charged twice, once for the amount of the free trial, and once for the amount I was supposed to be charged for my plan I changed to. Please help and refund the extra charge!!

    Hello,

    I can see that another agent has assisted you with your sub account and refunded you. On the primary account the paid plans/services are still active need me to downgrade you to the free plan?
