Device is not found in our system

I received the new device and try use it but keep on getting the "Service Error, your freedompop device is not found in out system. Please contact....... for assistance" message after successfully connected to the device. I have been trying to call support for past 4 days and every time I have to wait 15 or more minutes, and I just give up. Anyway to get this resolved?
