Why is my account temporarily suspended?
There could be a number of reasons as to why your account is suspended or could appear as not active.
- Failed payment. Your account may be suspended due to a failed charge attempt. You can edit your billing information by logging into your FreedomPop account and navigating to the Billing Settings and add a valid payment method.
- Data/text/call threshold. Another likely reason your account is suspended is due to you reaching your data or call/text threshold. You may be redirected to a FreedomPop page if you are experiencing this issue. In this case, you will either need to upgrade to a larger plan or wait for the start of your next billing cycle.
- Backend issues. Rarely, there may be the problem that our development team has to fix. Please contact us if you continue to have issues with an account suspension so we can further assist you or you can create a new Discussion post within the Community requesting to cancel and an admin will assist you
