I moved my SIM card to a new iPad and now it doesn't work. I tried going to https://www.freedompop.com/iosapn with safari but the link is dead. Can I get a good apn link and a carrier reset please?

@David Isenor You should be able to access your online account if connected to wifi, regardless of whether you even have a sim card in your iPad. If you don't have access to wifi, then, yeah, let's get your sim card up and running first. I am not an admin and don't have access to any pins. May we try this? If your card is a GSM LTE card, make a new APN listing and name it whatever you like, but make sure the APN is set to
if your card is a GSM 3g, set the APN to
If your phone accepts the sim card, then from there just make sure roaming is enabled (no charges), mobile data is on, and the APN is selected in your list. You could also disable wifi, just to make sure everything is now on the data signal. From that point, you should already be able to get data (run browsers, app stores, whatever). To use the phone features if a GSM device, you will also need to install Freedompop's Messaging app. Please update us if this info doesn't solve your problem. Good luck!
