Need Some Assistance Please

Purchased my Sharp Aquos from Freedom Pop. Received it, Followed the instructions but for some odd ball reason Contacts will not stay they vanish except the first 2 entered. Sync performed still the same thing.

I also am experiencing some text not coming to my phone at all (yes freedom pop messenger is set as default).

Any help or guides that I may of overlooked on resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.
