Activation error message
i purchased 2 Moto E phones in 12/2016. 1 phone works fine, but the other gives me a message that says: "Activation Step Required. Contact customer support to activate," even though I activated them both at the same time when they arrived. So, I have been unable to use the 2nd phone. Is there anything I can do to "fix" this or can someone at FP fix this? Also, I noticed that after I tried to re-set the phone, the name "Sprint" appears on the face of the phone; for my other phone that does work, it says "Chameleon". I didn't know if this had anything to do with the problem or not. Thanks!
