Multiple devices under one account, shared data issue

GoGoalGirlGoGoalGirl Posts: 14FreedomPop Newbie
My account has two devices, one global GSM and one LTE. I recently received some earned data from, but it looks like it was credited to the "LTE" device.

1. Could you please move the data to my "global GSM" device?
2. Could you set my "global GSM" device as the default main account?

Thank you very much!

@GoGoalGirl I'm sorry to say that it's my impression that only your main device/sim per account can have its data shared in either direction. It is possible to have your devices separated into two different accounts (which is advised) to avoid this problem in the future _and_ let you become your own "freedom friend" and shift up to 100MB of data between accounts. An admin here, or FP's facebook, twitter, or instagram's pages can assist with this. All you'd need is another email account. (or, if using gmail, the +something trick. example [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] all go to [email protected])

    Hi Nj,

What is the process to separate devices from a single account and add them to a new account?

    Thanks!
