Help with Status code 100

I received the status code = 100 after reaching my data limit in the last billing cycle. I am currently on the free plan, with auto top-off disabled. Per my understanding, FreedomPop shuts data off at around 15(?)MB data when auto top-off is disabled, so users do not go over the limit.
I know that code 100 means invalid billing information; however, this should not be a problem since I did not make any purchases, and having auto top-off disabled means that no additional costs should be billed to my card.
I am currently unable to use data, and the "Account Not Active" message displays every time I open the FreedomPop Messaging App. Would someone be able to fix this for me? Thanks for your help.
