Mobile data doesn't work/not able to call or text using 4G

During my last cycle, I used up all of my data. It has now been reset because a new cycle started, but the mobile data still doesn't work. I can't make calls, send texts, or use the internet. It works fine when connected to WiFi. I have tried the soft reset, updating PRL, etc.
I also get this message when I look at my Freedompop account online:
"Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please contact customer service to resolve the issue by visiting freedompop.com/contact."

I have also been getting this error message for several months. It pops up when I try to text. "Error 400 account is inactive."
