Migrate from S3 to SIM

I just got a new SIM and would like to migrate the number from my S3 (both devices are Freedompop). It seems like opening a ticket is not possible for normal customers, so how can I get this number moved?

    Hey there Kelly,

    I have gone ahead and swapped the phone numbers as requested.
    Please attempt to sync account data through the menu tab within the FreedomPop Messaging App.

    Thank you Karina. I have noticed that the new phone/sim occasionally reverts to its original phone number. I haven't noticed if this is based on my coverage/connection at the time. Is there anything we can check to fix this? I was really hoping to keep my original S3 number active and working for this new SIM.
