"used all your data for this period" but no, there is zero useage

I cannot use my account because it says I have used all my data, and yet the bar says I have data, there is ZERO usage recorded under usage details, and I know for a fact this phone has been powered off since the previous cycle.

    I have now refreshed your account on my end, the account is in good standings now and the device should be working!
