SIP

I'd like to use the native Android dialer instead of the FP app by setting FP up as a SIP account. Is this possible, since the FP app is itself a SIP app? If so, how can I get the information to set FP as a SIP account?

Thanks.

I suppose if you could get the credentials, it would work. However, what they offer as three way deal works so much easier in their app ( or at all! ). Hooking up via CSip or other apps only gets the 500 minutes, no data, no texting.

True, but, in a pinch, it would come in handy to use the Freedom Pop minutes on a regular phone through the native SIP instead of the app, which is nothing but a branded open source SIP client.

The FreedomPop app is nothing but CSIP in a dress. I'd much rather used the native dialer support for SIP in order to enjoy those free 500min.
