How do I cancel my cell phone order?

Hi, I ordered my "Free Freedompop Galaxy S III" On June 6th and I have not even received shipping information. Nor any updates to tell me if the phone was on back order or anything..
I dont think the phone will work on my area since I already bought 2x Freedompop photons and they do not get service. How do I cancel my order?? Where do I call? Will I get a full refund?

    The photon is WiMAX only. The SIII is LTE. WiMAX is shutting down by dec 2015. LTE is better replacement.
    Your town may already be upgraded. That's why the photon doesn't work. Check sprint maps for lte . May want to check WiMAX too to see if something nearby that could be useful.

    @Jose Perez I would try their customer support number, 1 (888) 743-8107.

    Did you check the coverage map? I think FreedomPop doesn't let you buy a device if your address does not have coverage.
