I ordered two SIM cards July 4th. They shipped July 7th. I still have not received them. I have posted before about this issue but was ignored. Now, I have registered my phone with Sprint and no longer want these SIM cards. Because FreedomPop automatically enrolled me in the Premium trial, I want to downgrade it.

I do not want to be charged the $5 downgrade price on SIM Cards that I've never used. Please downgrade my account.
