Can't login to downgrade.
I bought this sim in hopes of using it as a second number on a dual sim phone, but the new phone has a hybrid sim/SD card slot so I cannot use the service as I wanted to. Everytime I try to downgrade my plan, it says my password is wrong (it isn't), and clicking on the forgot password link does NOT email you a reset. I want my service downgraded to the free option as I never had any intentions of using it for anything BUT free.
