Plan Downgrade Broken

I followed the steps and downgraded my plan from Premium LTE 2GB unlimited plan to free Basic 200 plan. After the downgrade, My Plans page shows that I'm on Basic 200


But at the Home page, it's still showing that I'm under Premium LTE 2GB unlimited plan.


Is my downgrade successful and this is just a glitch, or I did not successfully downgrade my plan.

    Is this the new policy cuz it doesn't look like in the past, I ordered a sim card before and once downgraded, new free plan shows up immediately after downgrade.

    Yes it's a new thing, but please note that you will not be charged on your next renewal though.
