hotspot http://myhotspot admin page unreachable

I recently got a netgear fuse. My friend got a Franklin Wireless R850. We are both having the same issue. We were able to connect to the hotspot. (Verified since it started consuming network data as we browse web) However, when we try to go to http://myhotspot to try and change settings we got redirected by browser to the search engine with search keyword "myhotspot"

Anyone has the same issue? How do we work around that. We need it to change the password

Have you tired going to the equivalent IP address for the device's admin page?
For the R850 I think that this is and for the Zing.

I go tmine about 3 weeks ago and tried a couple times to go online to the settings using both the myhotspot and the IP address. No go, just times out or says something like cannot reach dns server? It seems to be working as a hotspot which is kind of cool. About to reach end of free trial though and want to downgrade. Anyone know how to do that?

I was able to change using incognito page. Either myhotspot or ip address with get to the page. Then go to the menu bar icon. Select settings. Basic. Under WiFi Basic, it shows the current password.

Thank Leidy of FreedomPop for the help.

I'm getting my wifi delivered by Wednesday on the 13th. What should I expect as far as speed?
