ERROR: You already own this service!
When I try to subscribe to FreedomPop Phone Premier & VIP Support, it says "ERROR: You already own this service!" even though under "My Services" it says "You have not signed up for any services yet." The MyFreedomPop app shows I am subcribed to premium plus for $7.99, even though I never signed up for it, and when I click "cancel service" it directs me to the website, which says I haven't signed up for any services yet, or "Same product cannot be repurchased" when I try.
