Don't have mobile network data for a few weeks. Voice and text ok.

I had tried many ways to set up and reset the mobile network. It worked well before. Global Sim card. Moto E 2nd Generation.
Voice and text works fine. APN is right. Tried 4G LTE and 3G. Tried ATT and other networks. Showing Freedompop, but there is a "!" mark beside the icon. When WIFI is connected, it adds a "G" on top left of the icon.
Could anyone help me check? 919 808 1777

    Yes, mobile data enabled and roaming allowed.
