MSL request (data stops after a few minutes)
I've been using the MiFi 500 LTE for several months, but recently it has developed a serious problem. After a few minutes of use, the hotspot stops providing Internet data to my device, even though the device is connected to the hotspot, and the hotspot is connected to Sprint (Sprint Spark LTE). I updated the profile and PRL, but it didn't help. Now I would like to try a factory reset, which requires the MSL code.
- Can a FreedomPop support member please provide me with the MSL of my device?
- Does anyone have any other thoughts on how to solve my problem?
