Is there a problem with BYOD system?

stefett3stefett3 Posts: 3FreedomPop Newbie
I wanted to check the possibility of BYOD on a Sprint LG G4 phone but when I enter a zip code with email address on initial screen, I get an "Invalid Zip Code" error. I know the zip code is valid. I noticed when I initially went to the freedompop.com web page, it reroutes to the uk.freedom.pop and when checking availability (about the only option other than logging in) it gives me an invalid UK zip code error.

Any suggestions?

UPDATE: I checked this morning and was able to check for activation of the cell phone and no longer getting a zip code error.

I'm having trouble with this page now too. I get to where it asks for the IMEI and it says there was an error checking it and asks you to call a number instead.

Funny thing is the number I called they couldn't help me either but said technical support perhaps could, but then technical support is an automated system and I didn't find anything.
