Please release my iPhone 5s from your database. It’s the phone number ending in 1988. I have unlocked this phone from AT&T many years ago.

If you originally got it from AT&T and they unlocked it, it would still be unlocked. Just remove your SIM card and delete the Freedompop apps

    Hey there!
We do apologize for the delay in our response. After checking your account, I see that the phone number ending in 1988 is actually associated with an LTE SIM card and not an iPhone. Therefore, we are not able to release the device you are requesting. I do inform you that the account is currently in dormant do to non-usage. To awaken the account, please click here.
