Will not charge with provide cable

I have a month old MyFi that will not charge with the supplied cable. It can charge via USB and with an android charger. Is this a known issue?

    Sounds like cable no good. Admins, Taylor, Darla_A, and Mike can assist. If it is cable, they'll arrange to send replacement.

    @William Garrison‌ Yes it does sound like the supplied cable is no good. PM me your address and I'll have a replacement cable sent.

    I also have what appears to be a bad cable. Back in mid-July I was told another would be sent out but still have not received it.
