Will not charge with provide cable
I have a month old MyFi that will not charge with the supplied cable. It can charge via USB and with an android charger. Is this a known issue?

Sounds like cable no good. Admins, Taylor, Darla_A, and Mike can assist. If it is cable, they'll arrange to send replacement.

Yes it does sound like the supplied cable is no good. PM me your address and I'll have a replacement cable sent.
I also have what appears to be a bad cable. Back in mid-July I was told another would be sent out but still have not received it.
