3 days left on free plan. If I upgrade to a paid plan today will I be charged again in 3 days?

I ran out of data (well not really, have 100mb left but all services were shut off) on my free plan today. I have 2 days left before my billing cycle resets.

If I upgrade to the $19.99/mo 2GB plan today, will my billing cycle end date be changed to the 11th of the month (today) or will I be charged $19.99 again in 2 days?

Need data ASAP so I can do GrubHub orders but really don't want to get charged double if that's how this is going to work.

Any insight on how upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan works in regards to billing cycle dates?
