Carrier Reset: ##72786# and ##25327#

I was advised to do a carrier reset on my phone. However, when I entered ##72786#, a warning page appears stating that continuing would reset to factory settings:
Slot 1 NAI
Slot 1 NAI password

Would this reset delete any of my apps, current settings, or passwords? Thanks.
