how can I downgrade for the basic plan
when i purchased the phone I was very sure I chose the "Basic Plan" instead those Big Promotion stuff but as I logged into my account , it's showing the 30 days trail "Premium" with some "unlimited" services. Since then i was keep trying to downgrade to the basic plan once a day. It seems not working well. "Error: Sorry, we are unable to process your purchase at this time. Contact support." Not sure what to do with this . should I contact my bank or there is actually a "Customer service" available at Freedompop?
