Unable to activate MiFi 500 after factory reset

My MiFi 500 has been rebooting. As suggested by one of the team leaders here, I did a factory reset and I was provided the MSL code. After the reset, the device fails to self-activate error 0x6303. How can this be fixed?

    Please close this - Issue not fixed and no answers here. I just removed the device from my account

    That is sad because I have the same issue. If I get an answer I will tell you how it got fixed.
